EHERO Prestashop Dreamlove Sync

Prerequisites

To use this module, you must have a Dreamlove client ID and be registered as a B2B professional client at www.dreamlove.eu in order to obtain the necessary web service credentials for the proper functioning of the module.

It is very important to read and understand the following essential requirements for the correct installation and operation of the module. 

For our specialized team to carry out the module installation on your website, we will require your access URLs as well as the corresponding credentials. Once the store functionality has been confirmed, you should change your access credentials for security reasons.

Installation by our team will not begin until all the required information has been fully provided.

Technical Requirements

PHP Version: PHP 7.4.0 or newer is recommended for Prestashop 8.x.x and this module.

Prestashop Version: Prestashop 8.0.0 or newer is recommended.

memory_limit: se recomienda un mínimo de 512MB.

max_execution_time: Minimum recommended is 300 seconds (0 for unlimited).

post_max_size: Minimum recommended is 64MB.

upload_max_filesize: Minimum recommended is 64MB.

cURL: Required to connect with Dreamlove and other external services.

ZIP: Required to process compressed feed files from Dreamlove. feed de Dreamlove.

XMLReader: Required for efficient processing of the XML catalog.

DOM: Required to process XML data.

EXIF: Required for optimal image processing.

allow_url_fopen: Must be enabled to download remote files.

Writable Directories (must have write permissions):

  • Module root directory
  • Logs directory (/logs)
  • Cache directory (/cache)
  • Temporary files directory (/var/temp)
  • Prestashop image directory (/img/)
  • Prestashop product images directory (/img/p/)

Installation Process

For our specialized team to proceed with the module installation, the following information must be provided:

  • URLs
    • Website: To install and configure the plugin.
    • Server/Hosting: To configure the CRON job needed for regular synchronization.
  • Credentials
    • Website: Username and password. The user must have administrator privileges.
    • Server/Hosting: Username and password. The user must have administrator privileges.

IMPORTANT: Installation will not begin until all required information is received.

Once the installation process begins, our team will activate and configure the plugin on your website.

It is recommended that your online store is free of products and categories before starting the import. If not, and you wish to use existing categories, a category mapping must be configured so that the module uses your existing structure instead of Dreamlove’s. This must be specified before the first synchronization is launched, indicating whether you want to configure the category mapping or set up filters. Similarly, the team is not responsible for existing products or categories.

If no response is received regarding this matter, the full Dreamlove catalog will be synchronized using its own category structure.

WARNING: This module requires a server configuration that many hosting providers do not allow. If your server/hosting does not meet these requirements, we can offer you a compatible hosting solution.

Consultoría EHERO and Dreamlove are not responsible if another module or third-party tool causes incompatibility or prevents the use of the EHERO Prestashop Dreamlove Sync module.

Requirements for Order Automation

To automatically process incoming orders and send them to Dreamlove for fulfillment and shipment, the following conditions must be met:

  • Available Balance in your Dreamlove account: The product cost and shipping fees will be deducted from this balance. If insufficient funds are available when an order is received, it cannot be automatically processed.
  • Definition of zones and shipping methods in your store, properly linked with the available shipping methods provided by Dreamlove. These can be consulted by clicking here.

Technical Support

The module purchase includes installation support, valid for 30 days from the initial installation date.

Our team will communicate during the process in either Spanish or English. Users may communicate in the language of their choice to ensure smooth and efficient support.

This support includes:

Installation, activation, initial configuration, and launch of the module on your store.

Advice on proper module usage.

Assistance in case of issues or errors directly related to the module.

This support does NOT include:

Configuration of shipping methods.

Configuration of themes.

Troubleshooting unrelated to the module.

Website SEO configuration.

Website updates to new versions.

Contact or arrangements with third parties, such as hosting providers or external platforms.

Assistance with marketplace integration.

Extended Support: If additional support is required after the 30-day period or if you need help with tasks not included in the installation support, please contact soporte@consultoriaehero.com to receive a tailored quote based on your needs.

License

Each purchase includes an annual or lifetime license key, valid for one domain of your choice.

The annual license is automatically renewed every year. If you wish to cancel automatic renewal, you must contact soporte@consultoriaehero.com at least 24 hours before the renewal date. 

Once the renewal is processed, it cannot be refunded.

Data Privacy

To carry out the module installation, Consultoría EHERO will assign a specialized professional. The data shared will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at https://consultoriaehero.com/politica-de-privacidad/.

Purchasing the module and accepting these conditions implies acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

Refunds

If you wish to request a refund for the module purchase, you must do so within 15 days from the purchase date by contacting soporte@consultoriaehero.com.
