These Terms and Conditions govern access to and participation in the Affiliate Program of Consultoría EHERO (https://consultoriaehero.com), hereinafter referred to as “the Company”.

By registering for and participating in our Affiliate Program, you fully accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the program.

1. Participation Requirements

• Any adult with legal capacity to enter into contracts may register as an affiliate.
• The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any affiliate account that does not meet the established requirements or engages in deceptive practices.

2. Program Operation

• Each affiliate will receive the relevant unique tracking links.
• Sales made through those links will be recorded automatically.
• A commission will be credited for each confirmed and paid sale made through those links.

3. Commissions

• The standard commission is 10 to 20% of the net sale value (excluding taxes and shipping costs, if applicable).
• Commissions may vary in specific promotional campaigns.
• Commissions only apply to services or products marked as “commissionable” on the platform.

4. Payments

• Commission payments are made once a month, between the 10th and 15th of each month, using the payment method established in the issued invoice.
• The minimum amount to withdraw commissions is €50.
• Commissions are paid once 15 days have passed since the purchase, to cover possible returns or cancellations.

5. Acceptable Use of the Affiliate Link

• It is not permitted to use deceptive methods or spam to promote the link.
• Use of the link is not allowed on sites that promote illegal, violent, defamatory, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content.
• It is not permitted to make false offers, nonexistent discounts, or manipulate information about the services offered by the Company.

6. Cancellation and Termination

• The affiliate may cancel their participation at any time by notifying support@consultoriaehero.com in writing.
• The Company may suspend or cancel any affiliate account in the event of a breach of these terms, with or without prior notice.
• In the event of cancellation due to breach, the affiliate will lose the right to pending commissions.

7. Program Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Affiliate Program, including commission rates, payment methods, and these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be notified by email or published on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for technical errors, interruptions, tracking errors, third-party issues, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the program.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, and any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of the Company’s registered office.

10. Data Protection and GDPR
    In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection legislation, the Company undertakes to process the personal data provided by affiliates with the utmost confidentiality and security. Personal information will be used solely for the management and administration of the Affiliate Program, and will not be shared with third parties without the user’s explicit consent, except where required by law. Affiliates may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection (ARCO rights) by contacting info@consultoriaehero.com. It is recommended to read the Company’s Privacy Policy for further details on the processing of personal data.

11. Dispute Procedures
    In the event of controversies or disputes arising from this agreement, the parties undertake to try to resolve them amicably and in good faith. If no agreement is reached, a mediation process will be initiated, administered by a specialized entity designated by the Company. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration, in accordance with the arbitration rules of the designated entity, whose award shall be final and binding on both parties.
