A rule of its own for every category

A store is not sorted the same way everywhere. New arrivals want date order, the outlet wants price, and your flagship category wants your hand-picked order.

• A table with every category, its parent, its product count and the pattern it uses.
• A “Personalizado” or “Global” badge shows at a glance which ones follow the general order.
• Save, remove the rule or jump to the manual sorter from the same row.
• A category search for catalogues with hundreds of them.
• Optional inheritance: subcategories without a rule take the one from their nearest parent.

One pattern for many categories at once

If you run forty clothing categories that should all follow best sellers, you do not change them one by one.

• Tick the categories and choose the pattern to apply.
• “Apply to selected” or “Apply to ALL”, with a warning before it touches all of them.
• “Reset selected” or “Reset ALL” to send them back to the global order.
• Changes are stored in a single write, so you never end up with half of them applied.
• A counter tells you how many categories override the global pattern.

Pinned on top, sold out last, new arrivals first

Three rules stack on top of the active pattern, whichever it is, so your WooCommerce product sorting behaves like a good shop assistant.

• Pinned products: the IDs you enter always come first, in that order.
• Out of stock last: items with no stock drop to the bottom of the listing without being hidden.
• New arrivals first: products published in the last few days (from 1 to 3,650) move up.
• A clear priority: pinned first, then in-stock items, then new arrivals, then the pattern.
• The manual list by IDs does not pin products, because that order is already yours.

What your shoppers actually see

The difference shows on the first row. Without the plugin, the category looks the way the import left it; with it, in the order that sells.

• The shop page, categories and tags follow whichever pattern applies there.
• The WooCommerce sorting drop-down keeps working: if a shopper picks another order, it is respected.
• Products hidden from the catalogue stay hidden.

Put the categories in order too

Besides products, you can drag the categories into order. That order is used to work out the menu order of their products in blocks.

• Each category gets 10,000 slots: the category in position 2 spans 20,001 to 30,000.
• Each row shows its position, how many products it holds and its range.
• An “Aplicar Menu Order a Todos” button writes that order into every product, after a confirmation.
• An option for the manual sorter to write the menu order when saving too, handy if another plugin or your theme reads that field.

Works with your theme, blocks and page builder

The order does not stop at the shop page. You decide how far it goes.

• “All product queries” scope: shop, categories, WooCommerce shortcodes, Gutenberg blocks and Bricks or Elementor widgets.
• “Main archive only” scope, if you would rather carousels and blocks keep their own order.
• Shortcodes with a list of IDs keep that list; only the order is applied.
• One checkbox turns the global order for the whole store on or off.

Your integrations will not notice a thing
