To sync Dreamlove with WooCommerce, EHERO WooCommerce Dreamlove Sync connects to the Dreamlove REST API with your trade account credentials. It brings in the catalogue with images, categories, brands, EAN codes, weights and sizes, keeps prices and stock up to date, and passes every new order on to Dreamlove so they can pack it and ship it to your customer.

You choose which fields get updated and which stay the way you wrote them, which part of the catalogue reaches your shop, the margin for each category or brand, and when each job runs. And at the moments that matter, when a shopper opens a product, adds it to the cart or reaches checkout, the plugin asks Dreamlove for the stock again.

It installs and is set up inside WordPress like any plugin, and if you would rather we install it for you, that is included in support*. If your Dreamlove products came from the old Dreamlove Sync plugin, the migration tool carries your settings across.

Sync Dreamlove with WooCommerce field by field, without overwriting your edits

Every piece of data has its own checkbox, so you can rewrite a title or a description for your shop and the next sync won’t undo it.

• Name, description, price, stock, EAN, images, categories, tags, brands, weight and size, status and visibility: each one is updated only if you tick it.
• An option to always fill in whatever is empty in your shop without touching anything that already has content.
• Products with variations become variable products, and packs become bundles if you use YITH WooCommerce Product Bundles.
• Dreamlove’s SEO title and description go to Yoast SEO or Rank Math, and extra API fields, such as the material, go to custom product fields.
• New products can be created as private so you review them before publishing, and no product is ever published at a price of 0.

Live stock, not just an overnight sync

Selling something that has already left the Dreamlove warehouse means cancelling and apologising. That’s why stock is checked again at the three moments that can break a sale.

• When the product page is viewed.
• When the product is added to the cart (the recommended option).
• When checkout opens: the stock of the whole cart is checked.
• A separate quick sync for prices and stock only, which you can run as often as you like.
• Products Dreamlove stops supplying: moved to the bin, set to zero stock or made private, your call.

Filters: import only what you want to sell

You don’t have to load the whole catalogue to sync Dreamlove with WooCommerce. The filters decide what gets into your shop and what stays out.

• Include and exclude rules by category, brand, reference or stock.
• AND logic (all rules must match) or OR logic (one is enough).
• A preview of the products that would come in before you sync.
• Export and import your rules to reuse them in another shop.

Margins and prices that think like a retailer

The plugin works out your selling price from the wholesale cost or the recommended retail price (RRP), with rules you can fine-tune for each product family.

• Four methods: a percentage or a fixed amount, on the RRP or on cost.
• Separate margins per category and per brand, and a priority between them.
• A negative margin as a sale price: the RRP shows struck through next to your lower price.
• Price rounding (.99, .95 or the next whole euro), a minimum margin over cost, never below cost, and a maximum price.

Categories, brands and fields in your own structure

Your menu doesn’t have to mirror Dreamlove’s. The mappings turn their classification into yours.

• Each Dreamlove category mapped to one of your categories, with automatic creation and matching by name.
• Brands mapped to WooCommerce’s built-in brand taxonomy or to the one you choose.
• A category image and brand logo added where they’re still missing.
• Status filters (mapped or unassigned) and a search box for large catalogues.
• Custom fields as text, number, yes/no or HTML, shown in the admin or on the product page.

Shipping and VAT that match Dreamlove

Each order has to reach Dreamlove with the right logistics fee, and each product needs its VAT rate.

• Every shipping method in your zones linked to a Dreamlove logistics fee, with automatic matching by name.
• A default logistics fee for orders without a mapping.
• Each Dreamlove VAT rate linked to one of your tax classes, creating any missing classes automatically.
• Separate credentials for the orders API, if Dreamlove gives you different ones.

Orders to Dreamlove, with tracking for your customer

Orders leave your shop for Dreamlove without anyone retyping addresses, and customers find out when their parcel is on its way.

• Sent automatically when the order reaches the status you pick (Processing by default), then moved to the status you want.
• A start date so older orders are never sent.
• An order history with status, Dreamlove reference, search, filters and bulk resend or export.
• Regular tracking checks and an email to the customer with the number and the carrier’s link.
• An email in your colours, with your logo and wording, plus a preview and a test send.
