Custom WooCommerce web design — Consultoría EHERO

What you get exactly

We don’t deliver a template with your logo on top. We deliver a store built on WooCommerce with your brand identity, the catalog loaded, payment methods tested with real transactions, and taxes and shipping configured according to your operations. On delivery day, you can sell.

And something that is not always said: we also give you control. You have administrator access, ownership of all the code, and no hidden fees tied to us. If tomorrow you want to move it to another provider, you can.

Why most WooCommerce stores don’t sell

WooCommerce powers a huge share of global e-commerce, and precisely for that reason it is full of half-built stores. The pattern repeats: a template is bought, fifteen plugins are installed to cover what’s missing, and it goes live. From there, the real problems begin.

The store takes five seconds to load because the template drags along three animation libraries nobody uses. Checkout fails on mobile and nobody notices until a customer writes in. Taxes are misconfigured and the first quarterly filing becomes an accounting problem. The cookie notice doesn’t comply, the privacy policy is copied from another website, and the legal text mentions a company that isn’t yours.

None of this shows up in the pretty mockup they show you before you sign. It shows up three months later, when you’ve already invested time and money and the store isn’t billing what it should. Rebuilding it then costs more than doing it right from the start.

A store built to sell, not to look good in a mockup

Our WooCommerce web design starts from your business, not from a template. Before touching anything, we understand what you sell, to whom, and with what margins, because that affects everything from the catalog structure to the payment gateway that suits you best.

Design with your brand

Typography, colors, and tone that are your own. No recognizable templates you’ve already seen in ten other stores in the sector.

Well-structured catalog

Categories, attributes, and variations designed so customers can find products and you can manage thousands of references without going crazy.

Payments truly tested

Redsys, Stripe, PayPal, Bizum, or deferred payment. You open the accounts in your own name; we advise you, integrate them, and test them with real transactions.

Correct shipping and taxes

Rates by weight, zone, or amount; VAT by product type and country; equivalence surcharge if it applies to you. Right from the first order.

Speed as a requirement

Image optimization, cache, clean database, and only the essential plugins. Speed is conversion, not an extra.

Real legal compliance

GDPR, cookies with valid consent, legal texts written for your company, and product notices where the law requires them.

Your accounts, in your name

Payment accounts (Redsys, Stripe, PayPal…) are opened by you: they require company documentation that we do not and do not want to access. We guide you through the whole process and integrate and test them.

How it gets up and running

We work with a closed process so you always know where things stand and what remains. No open-ended timelines or surprise invoices.

Typical timelines range from six to twelve weeks depending on catalog size and integrations. We give you a date before we start and we meet it.

Who is this service for?

It is especially a good fit if you recognize yourself in any of these cases:

It is not for you if you are looking for the cheapest possible website. There are one-hundred-euro options and they are perfectly legitimate; they’re just not what we do.

Technologies and tools

We work with standard, widely supported technology, so you never depend on a proprietary solution that only we know how to maintain.

What the service includes

The service price includes everything needed for the store to be operational. No items that appear halfway through the project.

If later you need to expand the store with specific features —AI search, multilingual, ERP integration— you can do it with our plugins, without rebuilding anything.

How we work in practice

A typical project example, so you can see where the real work goes. A technical supplies store with about twelve hundred references, each with two or three size variants, that sold by phone and wanted to start selling online without stopping serving its existing customers.

The first thing was not the design: it was the catalog structure. Twelve hundred poorly organized references are twelve hundred products nobody can find. We defined categories by real use —not by how the supplier had them—, filterable attributes for size and material, and a consistent naming system so the internal search could do its job. That step, which you don’t see in any screenshot, is what decides whether the store sells.

Then came the tax setup, which in their case included two different VAT rates and customers with equivalence surcharge. And shipping, with rates by weight and a free-shipping rule above a certain amount. All of that was tested with real orders before launch, because a tax error discovered in the first quarterly filing costs far more than the time spent testing it.

The design came at the end, once we already knew what each page needed to show. The result was a store that loads in under two seconds and that their team manages without calling us. That is what we consider a finished project.

Price, scope, and what is not included

We work with a fixed quote. After the initial meeting we give you a price and a date, and that price does not change unless you ask to expand the scope. We prefer to spend time defining the project properly before starting than arguing about extras halfway through.

To avoid misunderstandings, this is what is not included in the base service:

We say it clearly because the alternative is for you to discover it once you’re already in, and that is exactly the conversation we want to avoid.

Frequently asked questions

How long does WooCommerce web design take?

Between six and twelve weeks, depending on catalog size, the integrations you need, and our availability at that time. We give you a specific date before we start, after the initial meeting, and that is the date we meet.

Is the store mine or am I tied to you?

It is entirely yours: the domain, hosting, code, and administrator access. We do not use proprietary technology or charge licenses to keep it running. If one day you want to change providers, you take the whole store with you.

Can I manage the store myself afterward?

Yes, and that is exactly what we aim for. The delivery training covers adding products, managing orders, stock, and returns. It is recorded so you can review it or show it to someone on your team.

Does it include hosting and the domain?

The service covers design and development. We can also handle hosting with our managed hosting service, or work with the provider you already have if it meets the technical requirements.

What happens if I need changes after delivery?

Adjustments resulting from our errors are fixed at no cost. For improvements and new features, we work with a fixed quote or a monthly maintenance service, whichever suits you better.

Do you work with stores that sell to multiple countries?

Yes. We configure taxes by country, international shipping, and, if needed, the store in multiple languages with a dedicated URL for each language so it can rank in each market.
