EHERO Dreamlove Sync XS

Prerequisites

To use the module, you will need to have a Dreamlove customer ID and be registered as a B2B professional customer at www.dreamlove.eu in order to have the web service credentials required for the module to work correctly, as well as the relevant segmentation token.

It is very important to read and understand the requirements explained below, which are essential for the correct installation and operation of the module. 

For our specialized team to carry out the installation of the module on your website, you will be asked for your access URLs, as well as the relevant credentials. Once the store’s functionality has been confirmed, you must change the access details for security reasons.

The installation by our team will not begin until all the required information has been received in full.

Technical Requirements

VPS: it is strongly recommended to have a VPS with a control panel (e.g. Plesk) to ensure an optimal and controlled environment.

Disk space: a minimum of 40GB is required.

CPU cores: a minimum of 4 cores is required.

PHP: at least version 7.4.0 is required. PHP 8.1 or later is recommended.

WordPress: at least version 5.0.0 is required. The latest version is recommended.

WooCommerce: at least version 5.0.0 is required. The latest version is recommended.

MySQL: at least version 5.6.0 is required. The latest version is recommended.

CRON: it is necessary to be able to configure CRON tasks on the server where the website is hosted.

Memory limit (memory_limit): a minimum of 256MB is required.

Maximum execution time (max_execution_time): a minimum of 300 seconds is required.

Maximum post size (post_max_size): a minimum of 64MB is required.

Maximum file upload size (upload_max_filesize): a minimum of 64MB is required.

Maximum input variables (max_input_vars): a minimum of 10000 is required, with 30000 being the recommended value.

cURL extension enabled.

ZIP extension enabled.

XML extension enabled.

allow_url_fopen must be enabled.

It is recommended to enable allow_url_include, although it is not mandatory.

It is also important that the following directories have write permissions:

  • Module root directory
  • Logs directory
  • Cache directory
  • WordPress uploads directory
  • WooCommerce images directory

Installation Process

For our specialized team to proceed with the installation of the module, it will be necessary to share the following information:

  • URLs
    • Website: to carry out the installation and configuration of the plugin.
    • Server/Hosting: to configure the CRON task required for the regular execution of the synchronization.
  • Credentials
    • Website: username and password. The user must have administrator permissions.
    • Server/Hosting: username and password. The user must have administrator permissions.

IMPORTANT: the installation will not begin until we have all the necessary information.

Once the installation process has started, our team will activate and configure the plugin on your website.

It is recommended that your online store be free of products and categories before starting the import. If not, and you want to use the existing categories, you will need to configure a category mapping so that the module uses yours instead of Dreamlove’s. This must be indicated before the team launches the first synchronization, stating whether you want to carry out the category mapping configuration or the creation of filters. Likewise, the team will not be responsible for the existing products and categories.

If no response is received on this matter, the complete Dreamlove catalog will be synchronized with your category structure.

NOTE: this module requires a server configuration that many hosting providers do not allow. If your server/hosting does not meet these requirements, we can offer you a server that does.

Consultoría EHERO is not responsible if another module or third-party tool makes the use of the EHERO Dreamlove Sync XS module incompatible or unfeasible.

Requirements for Order Automation

For the module to automatically process incoming orders and send them for processing and shipping to Dreamlove, the following points must be met:

  • Available balance in the Dreamlove account. The cost price of the products and shipping will be deducted from this balance, so if there is not enough balance when an order is received, it cannot be processed automatically.
  • Definition of the zone and shipping structure in your store, correctly linked to the shipping methods offered by Dreamlove. They can be consulted by clicking here.

Technical Support

The purchase of the module includes installation support, which is valid for 30 days from the initial installation.

Communication from our team during the process will be carried out in Spanish or English. The user may communicate in the language they prefer to ensure the process is carried out smoothly and efficiently.

This support includes:

Installation, activation, initial configuration, and launch of the module in your store.

Advice on the correct use of the module.

Help in case of problems or errors directly related to the module.

This support does NOT include:

Configuration of shipping methods.

Category mapping configuration.

Filter configuration.

Configuration of themes.

Adjustments for errors not directly related to the module.

Installation of SSL certificates.

SEO configuration of the website.

Website updates to new versions.

Contact and dealings with third parties, such as server support, providers, and other platforms.

Help with marketplace integration on the website.

Web design/front-end assistance for the website. 

Extended support: if you require additional support from our team once the 30 days have expired, or if you need something not included in the installation support, please contact soporte@consultoriaehero.com and you will be given a specific quote according to your needs.

IMPORTANT: if the user decides to carry out the initial installation on their own, it will be understood that the client rejects installation support in its entirety. In this context, Consultoría EHERO will not be responsible in the event of incidents caused by configuration failures or errors, and it will be necessary to purchase a support package for the technical team to carry out the relevant investigation. 

It is strongly recommended that the technical team be allowed to carry out the installation to avoid potential errors and/or incidents during the process.

NOTICE: in order to maintain a professional and cooperative relationship, communications with our team are expected to maintain a professional, cooperative, and cordial tone, under no circumstances engaging in disrespectful behavior, offensive attitudes, or inappropriate comments. Should such situations arise, our team reserves the right to take action, including issuing a warning or withdrawing the right to assistance in full.

License

Each purchase includes an annual or lifetime license code, valid for one domain of your choice.

The annual license will renew automatically each year. If you wish to cancel the automatic renewal, you must contact soporte@consultoriaehero.com up to 24 hours before renewal.

Once the renewal has been carried out, it cannot be refunded.

Data Privacy

To carry out the installation of the module, Consultoría EHERO will assign a specialized professional. The shared data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at https://consultoriaehero.com/politica-de-privacidad/.

The purchase of the module and acceptance of these terms implies the implicit acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

Communication Conduct

In order to maintain a professional and cooperative relationship, all communications addressed to our team must be conducted in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner. Under no circumstances will disrespect, insults, threats, offensive language, abusive behavior, harassment, or any other conduct that undermines the dignity or performance of our staff be tolerated.

If any of these situations occur, or if there is any other serious breach of these Terms that affects the normal development of the relationship between the parties, we reserve the right to deny, temporarily suspend, or permanently withdraw the provision of support or assistance service, after assessing the circumstances of each case and without prejudice to any other actions that may be applicable under the relevant legislation.

The adoption of these measures shall not give rise to any right to compensation, indemnity, or refund, except in those cases where the applicable regulations expressly provide otherwise.

Refunds

If you have problems getting the plugin you purchased to work, we will be happy to offer you a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase.

Before granting a refund, you must allow us to try to resolve the problem by contacting our technical support team at soporte@consultoriaehero.com.

A refund will not be issued when the inability to install, configure, or use the plugin is due to causes beyond our control, including, but not limited to, the failure of third parties to provide credentials, access keys, API keys, Web Service credentials, segmentation tokens, the deactivation or unavailability of web services or APIs, restrictions imposed by third parties, or any other external circumstance that prevents the correct functioning or integration of the plugin.

After 14 calendar days from the purchase, no refunds will be made.

Refunds do not apply to license updates or renewals.
