WooCommerce experts: your store is fixed by the people who write plugins for it

We build, repair and extend WooCommerce stores. We don’t stop at installing other people’s plugins: we have more than 25 of our own published and in use, so when something breaks we know how to read the code underneath. Fixed quote before we start.

When you need a WooCommerce expert

WooCommerce can be installed in an afternoon, which is why it seems easy. The hard part comes later, when the store is already selling and every change affects money. People looking for WooCommerce experts almost never do it to start from scratch: they do it because something like this is already happening to them.

Payments fail and nobody knows why

An update clashes with the payment gateway, the pay button doesn’t respond on mobile, or the order is charged and stays “pending.” Every hour like that is lost sales.

The store is slow

Large catalog, twenty plugins and a heavy theme. The store takes time to load, the order panel takes even longer, and hosting says the server is fine.

The store and the management software don’t match

Stock that doesn’t match, duplicate orders in the ERP, invoices that have to be redone manually. The sync “works” until you review it order by order.

You need something no plugin does

A custom pricing rule, a supplier with its own file, a warehouse process. Chaining five plugins to imitate it costs more than programming it properly once.

What we do

Everything a WooCommerce store needs from the moment it’s planned until it has been selling for years:

New stores

Full design and setup: catalog, payments, shipping, taxes and legal texts. Delivered ready to sell. We explain it in custom WooCommerce web design.

Custom development

Custom plugins for what makes your business different: pricing, bookings, product customization, order flows. Your code, documented and without touching the core.

Integrations

We connect the store with your ERP, your invoicing software, your suppliers and marketplaces. It’s the basis of process automation for an e-commerce business.

Rescues and performance

Stores that won’t load, broken payments, errors after updates, bloated databases. We look for the cause, not the patch.

Monthly maintenance

Updates tested beforehand, backups that can be restored, and hours of work each month. It’s our professional web maintenance.

SEO for the store

Product pages, categories, structured data and content that brings buyers. We handle it as a managed SEO service, with a monthly fee.

We don’t just configure WooCommerce: we program for it

Anyone can say they’re a WooCommerce expert. The difference shows in whether they know how to write what the platform is missing. We do it as a product: we have more than 25 WooCommerce plugins published, with their updates, support and real stores using them every day. Some examples:

Catalog

Packs and kits, multilingual store and product feed for Google Shopping and other channels.

Integrations

Holded and catalog, stock and order synchronization with dropshipping suppliers.

For you, this means two things. First, much of what people ask us for is already built and tested, which lowers the budget. Second, when something new needs to be programmed, it’s done by people who have already dealt with code reviews, WooCommerce version changes and stores with thousands of orders.

How we work

  1. You tell us what’s happening

Via the form or by email, with as much detail as you have. If needed, we’ll talk by video call.

  2. We look at the store

Before giving a price, we review what’s there: versions, plugins, theme, server and the specific issue. A quote without looking is a gamble.

  3. Fixed written quote

What will be done, what won’t, how much it costs and when it will be delivered. If something appears halfway through that nobody could have seen, we stop and talk before continuing.

  4. Work on a test copy

Changes are made and checked outside the live store. Only what already works goes to production.

  5. Explained delivery

We tell you what was changed and how to use it. The code we write for you is yours.

What language we support: calls and video calls are in Spanish or English. By email, we reply in your language.

Who is it for?

Stores that are already selling

And can’t afford experiments in production. This is where working on a test copy matters most.

Businesses with management software

ERP, invoicing or warehouse systems that need to talk to the store without anyone copying data manually.

Agencies and designers

Who handle the visual side and need someone for the difficult technical part of a project.

Legacy stores

Built by another provider who is no longer around, with plugins nobody dares to update.

If what you want is the cheapest possible store with a template and nothing custom, we’re not the best option and we’d rather tell you that upfront.

Three things we almost always find

  1. Plugins doing the same thing twice

Two cache plugins, three SEO plugins, two that touch checkout. Each one was installed to fix something and together they create the next problem. Removing often fixes more than adding.

  2. Syncs that duplicate

An order entering the ERP twice or stock being overwritten because two processes write at the same time. You don’t notice until there’s volume, and then it has to be undone manually.

  3. Code pasted into the theme

Functions copied from a forum into the theme. When you change theme or update it, they disappear, and with them half the store. That code belongs in a custom plugin.

What we work with

If your store is PrestaShop, we work with that too: write to us and we’ll sort out the details.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with stores you didn’t build yourselves?

Yes, that’s the most common case. We start by reviewing what’s underneath. If we find something that should be fixed before what you asked for, we tell you the price and you decide.

What languages do you support?

Calls and video calls are in Spanish or English. By email, we reply in your language.

How much does custom WooCommerce development cost?

It depends on what needs to be done and how the store is set up, which is why we don’t give a figure without looking at it. What we always do is lock in the price in writing before starting.

What if what I need already exists as a plugin?

We’ll tell you. If there’s a plugin that solves it well, ours or someone else’s, it’s better than programming it again. We only propose custom development when what exists doesn’t fit or would require chaining several plugins.

Do you touch the store while it’s selling?

Changes are prepared and tested on a copy. Only what has already been checked goes to the live store, and we choose the time to cause as little disruption as possible.

Who owns the code you write?

You do. What we custom-program for your store is delivered with its code, and you can take it to another provider whenever you want.

Do you also work with PrestaShop?

Yes. We design PrestaShop stores and have our own modules, although our day-to-day work is mostly on WooCommerce.

Let’s talk about your store

If you’re looking for WooCommerce experts for a specific problem or a new project, tell us what you have and what you need. We’ll look at the store and reply with what we would do and what it would cost.
