Privacy, access, and retention

Fichómetro separates each company’s time records according to memberships and permissions. It does not collect fingerprints, face data, or GPS location from staff for clocking in. The kiosk camera is used to read a QR code. Each person can manage their sessions and download a copy of their account data.

• Communication with the service is encrypted via HTTPS, and passwords and PINs are stored in transformed form.
• Pro presence controls can use the site network or a temporary code, without location tracking.

• The first payment covers the selected seats until the company’s monthly renewal date.
• If you add a seat above the ones already paid for, you pay the full €2 for that seat before activating it, with no prorating.
• Removing someone keeps their paid seat until the cutoff; you can reuse it for another person without another charge.
• The next renewal is calculated based on the active people at the cutoff: going from four to three reduces the next bill from €8 to €6.
• Administration, advisory, and representation do not count if they do not have an active person record for clocking in. There is no commitment period or additional modules.

Frequently asked questions

How much do I pay if I have three active people?

Pro costs €6 per month plus taxes, €7.26 with the standard 21% VAT. Only active people who clock in count. An administration or advisory account does not increase the bill if it does not have an active clock-in record.

What happens if I add a fourth person halfway through the month?

You pay the full €2, plus taxes, for the new seat, with no prorating. It is enabled after payment and keeps the cutoff date. If four people are still active at renewal, the next bill will be €8 plus taxes.

What if I remove someone?

The paid seat is kept until the cutoff and you can reuse it without paying again. The amount drops at the next renewal according to the active staff. If no active person remains at the cutoff, recurring billing stops and the record is retained.

Do I have to contract modules or install software?

No. A single Pro includes all its features. You access it from an up-to-date browser and the service is maintained and updated centrally. The time-tracking system for companies does not need a WordPress installation or its own server.

Does Fichómetro on its own guarantee legal compliance?

It does not replace the record-keeping setup agreed by the company or labor advice. It makes it easier to record, retain, and deliver the information. Article 34.9 of the Workers’ Statute sets out the obligations the company must comply with.

Can I leave and recover my record?

There is no commitment period. You can export the record and close the company from the application. It remains read-only during the retention period, with access for authorized people. Closing and deleting a personal account have different effects; check the terms before closing.
